Pilates 100 with modifications and fun progressions! This exercise will improve core strength and stamina. The goal and focus is to keep your abs pulled in and avoid arching your back. Inhale 5 breaths, exhale 5 breaths, repeat 10 times. Do what you're able to do, have fun and be safe!
